Lisa is a clinical mental health counselor and occasionally has openings for counseling via telehealth only. She is only licensed in Connecticut at this time. Lisa works with adults dealing with trauma, depression, anxiety, grief, life transitions, peer relationship problems, self-esteem, spirituality, and stress. She uses person-centered therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, and spiritual modalities. Please note that while this can include energy work, it is not like Lisa's energy work services - counseling is a weekly or biweekly commitment to work through your "stuff".  It can be very helpful for those seeking a transformation or those who need regular support. Insurances accepted are: Aetna, Anthem Blue Cross, Cigna, Husky/Medicaid. Sliding scale is available if you have a different insurance but would still like to seek services using cash.
